Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, strictly unused, in original mint condition, and with original sheath/packaging and proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used, carried, or damaged blades
• Custom-commissioned or personalized pieces
• Items showing signs of resharpening, moisture neglect, or improper care

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for insured return courier costs within South Africa unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect.

Inspection & Refunds

All returned blades undergo workshop inspection upon arrival. Approved refunds or replacements are processed promptly once original condition is verified.
